THE RUN :
For the past one month ,we have been running here and today is a very special occasion chosen by the hare for this run site because of her familiarity of the terrain/trails she has in her last 10 years of hashing career . A participant of close to 70 turned out, with close to 20 guests to honor another tough and challenging run. Just as I arrived with my Bugati, the most expensive and faster car in the world, there were not less than 10 cars already parked at the run site . GM being the earliest amongst all, followed by talkative Under Power with some of them already geared up with their hashing gears were all ready to face the challenges a head.
A brief announcement by GM was given prior to the run with respect to the terrain and the hare has specially informed that this is going to be a real good, tough and F….k… challenging run. Right at the dot ,6 pm ON ON , off we went up the slope at 45 deg angle ,non stop for almost 20 mins . At our usual pace, our FRB including our guests(5) were as furious as a tiger and hurriedly to be first on the top leading all the way segregating the second batch with a distance of more than 200 ft apart.
Came the 1st check , and was a forward check paper found off they went .Some hesitated and decided to turn back but others continued . Terrain was getting rougher , moving from top to toe , up and down , no problems for those who chose to follow, all were prepared for it. After 30 mins of trashing , arrived at the 2nd check . Again ,FRB were too fast for us, they broke the check and papers were connected beautifully , no obstacle for the SRB either . As we progressed further , the terrain was even tougher , we were moving from up and down slope ,left and right bashing through new trails , most were almost exhausted except one or two guys like Stumpy and Piss Stop decided to call it quit found the way out by themselves.
The rest just continued , having climbed 4 tough hills of 40 deg angle, the entire team was separated into 5 different groups. No other than the 1st group arrived first at the 3rd check , tough bastards broke the check again , it was a pretty straight forward one, lots of papers were laid and connected along the trails. Suddenly , there was a falsie , FRB were all screwed up by the hare in spite of the tough time that they had earlier. Paper was found again, journey continued, instead of leading us home, the intelligent( IQ of not less than 100) hare, took us for another ride, diverted the direction and led us into another F... .. hill which was the toughest of all , 50 deg slope with a distance of close to 250m climbing. By the time we reached the top , we were all f…..k ,it was almost dawn ,everyone was segregated like a bit of pieces of papers being thrown out of the window never have a chance to catch up with one another but nevertheless all came out safely .
The 1st batch out at 7, 20 pm and last batch at 8 45 pm. Overall it was a damn bloody good run, and the comment was that every hare should try to set at least a run similar to this if not better in the near future. Recognition is given to Dato Warlord who has completed the entire journey in spite of the knees’ problems and arrived late at 6 25 pm. A very dedicated and strong OLD MAN with lot of determination. He really sets a good example for others to follow.
Circle :
Again because of the crowd of close to 70 peoples and the challenging run we had, circle started 9.15pm, GM on the box with his bloody blotter stomach and chicky face welcoming all with his opening warm and clear speech which initiated a couple of jokes. First person on iced was Popeye brought his silly dog running around shitting everywhere within and around the car park . Subsequently follow by Underpower , and many more were on iced for various offences. In absence of the Buzzard( disappear for 3 weeks and will be sacked by the most powerful person -ON SEC), Lord took over. The great story teller (second most powerful person) shared some jokes while the 2 GM ( Guests) were iced .Four new guests ,2 being females were subsequently interviewed by Stumpy and Tan Sri. Lots of laughing and humorous jokes amongst all of us for the evening . Circle ended at 10.15 , food and plenty of beers were served at the Restaurant with sumptuous and delicious food for close to 7 tables. Party continued till midnight and off course everyone got home safely. It was nice of the hare who took time and effort to make this a very successful and memorable run for all members and guests.
